Awaras Insights is designed to be a bridge to MSP's (Managed Service Providers) and is so affordable because we keep our costs low by focusing preventative actions through technical insights. While we offer consulting that can include troubleshooting issues, we are not equipt to handle daily ongoing IT support for a single client.  As your business grows to the point that it needs regular daily ongoing technical support, we recommend looking into a local MSP or hiring internally (we can help you navigate that through our consulting).
